Ever since I started working, lagi akong umuuwi ng late because of OT at drained sa pagod. consequently (and sadly), hindi ko na masyado nakakasama family ko and nakakausap friends ko because of it. which is why as much as possible, I try to leave my work within the four walls of the office. pag labas ko ng office, I try to detach myself from anything related to work. I avoid bringing my work to my home. in that way, I can consider my home as my safe space where I can relax with my family and friends, and replenish my energy haha
 
so far am hapi...8 months, from 97kg to 78kg...then sa awa ng Diyos, nakabili din ng bahay, sulit pag iipon heheh..
Wag pabayaan ang Health and Financial..
Hindi tayo nag work para maging Unhealthy po =)
Mejo useless din work kung hindi tayo nakakapg ipon at ano purpose ng pag iipon natin =)

Aw :( True dapat sa office lang ang work as much as possible huhu

wow pumayat! Congrats! Ako tumaba sa work e haha pano nakaupo araw-araw, exercise ko lang is yung paglakad lakad pag pauwi saka lakad lakad sa tapat ng bahay namin hay hahaha wow that's very inspiring! Yes ipon ipon talaga saka health first :)

hehe Mabuti si Lord satin...

increase kalang muna knowledge about sa Healthy lifestyle =) ..bago mag diet ..
