Holy mackerel! You don’t exactly leave me with much choice between the two of them, do’ya?
Right now, I could easily imagine how I could capitalise on either even just for personal enjoyment, never mind the money-making aspect.
If I could speak every language fluently (and flawlesslytoo), then I definitely will market myself as the world’s premier commercial negotiator to the big businesses. Imagine the “manoevering room” from just knowing the nuances of language for commercial purposes. Imagine the kind of trust level one could reasonably expect by being able to “speak on the other’s own terms.” I most certainly wouldn’t waste my language talent on a translator’s job.
If I could play every musical instrument masterfully, and given today’s advanced technology in combining sound recordings, I definitely would market myself as the world’s premier session musician. Imagine the cost savings to be had by the studio to just hire me for all the possible instrumental play. Failing that, I could just pop over to my local pub and make a bit of cash from evening gigs playing Robert’s Rendition of Glam-Rock Mozart with Stringed Percussion Oboes in Skinhead Drag. Imagine the ‘mothers’ throwing money (or coins) at me.
For me, it’s tied.
