paano po ayusin ung postpaid sim? hindi ko po kasi sya nabayaran for 3-4 months.. kahapon lang po ulit sya nabayaran, postpaid plan po with vivo y69 sa smart . napansin ko kasi na walang signal yung sim. emergency calls only po nakalagay. please help me. LTE yung sim. and ayaw ko nman na bayad ako ng bayad tapos hindi ko magagamit ung data monthly which cost 1300 pesos per month worth gigaxplan 999 + addons .. help me guys.. need kolang tlga ayusin.. hindi ako matulungan ng smart seenlord lang :/

hindi ako makatawag Sir Isaac Doggie for emergency call lang daw sim kahit saan ako pumunta may signal nman yung ibang sim..pero etong naka plan ko.. wala..

3-4 months mo hindi nabayaran. na deactivate sigro yan punta ka nearest smart store sayo if di ka makatawag or use other phone to contact csr nila.

ok na sir. thank you. nakausap ko cs galing ako sa nearest smart store. ganun din ang pinagawa sakin. and may fee daw pala ang reconnect 500 pesos omg..
