Search mo sa youtube si Dr. Jason Fung. Ako from 131kilos last november 2018 ngayon is 104kilos. Walang exercise yan at kinakain ko yung gusto ko. Kanin, Karne, tinapay hanggang mabusog.
 
Try nyo mag-intermittent fasting. Yung hindi sinasadya. Wag na magdinner or stop eating na after 6 or 7pm. Tapos try mo magcardio/tamang workout then water water nalang after. In fairness di naman nakakagutom.
