Procedure: SmartPhone

1. Connect your SSh Vpn
2. Enable Usb Debugging and Usb tethering
3. Open Pdanet on your smartphone
4. Tick on Activate USB mode
5. Choose No, Already Installed

Procedure: PC

1. Install PDAnet
2. Open PDAnet
3. On notification bar Right click
4. Choose Connect to USB
