Guys need help with my iphone

My iphone is using Gpp Lte chip but can't connect to globe Lte network. This iphone came from the US. The original telecom is T-mobile. Thus, i bought a GPP LTE chip so that i could use the PH telecoms. But cant connect to LTE or 3G. Only 2G..
