One of the advantages of Internet Download Manager is that it is able to shorten the download time for any file that you want to grab from the Internet. If its capabilities are just not enough for you, you can use a tool that promises to increase the download speed even more, such as IDM Optimizer.
The purpose of this lightweight application is to help you tweak Internet Download Manager, in order to optimize the download process and get the data on your computer much faster.
Designed with ease of use in mind, IDM Optimizer features a simple and clean interface that only comprises three buttons. One is for accessing the proxy settings, the second starts the optimization process and the third restores the default settings of the application.
