I know katatapos lang ng christmas, but everytime na dumadating yung etong season may doubts ako. Super naging debate namin ng friend ko if dapat ba i celebrate ang Christmas. She said na hindi , kase hindi naman talaga birth ni christ ang december 25, and medyo neutral ako sa yes and no.

Celebrating Christmas has been a part of our culture and traditions. It comes as a remembrance and celebration of God's presence through Jesus. So in a sense, we celebrate Christmas because of what it symbolizes, and not WHEN. Kaya nga laging sinasabi ng iba na everyday can be a Christmas Day.

This is also my stand when i say neutral sa yes. Religion kase is a big part when she said no

Malaking barrier talaga ang religion kasi we have different beliefs and traditions. Correct me if I'm wrong pero ang Jehovah's Witnesses diba walang Christmas? Kasi this traditions are from Pagan. But as a roman catholic, yes na yes.

Christmas kase is not biblical and not on bible, that is why madami talagang di naniniwala sa christmas. Romans made the Christmas and naging tradition nalang din

christmas is all about sharing, giving, caring, and so much more. hindi yan dahil sa religion kung magkakaiba man tayo ng mga relihiyon, eh di mag gera na lang tayo para wala ng pagtalunan. simpleng bagay pinapagulo.

But it's also not in the bible being against celebrating Christmas. We celebrate because it symbolizes something special to us. We celebrate monthsary, anniversary or weeksary because it's special. Yung iba may belated at advance pa.

How about the new year? is new year biblical? why do we celebrate it on Jan 1 and not base it on the Chinese calendar?

It's because we have different beliefs, practices, traditions, and cultures. People love celebration, we will always find a way to celebrate. Like I said, it's not important "when" is the celebration, it's about "what" we celebrate.

Like i said im not against the celebration. The point is people tends to question that "is it really December 25 the birth of christ"

hayaan niyo lang po t. s kung anu man bumabagabag sayo e sayo na lang hayaan mo sila if hinde kaarawan ng panginoon natin yun let them be happy na icelebrate yung kapaskohan para din naman sa iba na iba ang paniniwala e

alam mo ts no one knows the exact date thats y it was decided to be the 25th of december na lang.
Lack of scriptural evidences made many doubts about the claim of romans and the exact date of the birth of Jesus Christ. Assumption become the main point
