Call me clueless, but I just load these files up on HTML Proxy Injector then I'm good to go? or are there more steps I missed?

on HTTP Injector app for PC, after importing hpi config
Go to SSH tab, click Plink / PF-Portable / Auto REco
On Inject tab, Click Tunne/ & Log
Then click START to get connected...

After I set that up, it should start deducting from the GoWatch data right? Am I missing other setup stuff though? Like setting a proxy or a VPN?

Gave it a shot but all I'm getting in the log is forwarded ports closing and my gowatch data hasn't moved. Is the Status Info supposed to say Dial-Up:Offline? Starting to suspect it could be something on the Globe Mobile Wifi...
