Settings for OM4.2 fast & stable for java phones.
Just use MGC Setting.. and Add below setting in OM4.2

una sa lahat dial nyo muna to *143*4*2*1# sa globe sims at ilagay ang date ngayon
mga ka mz ito ang setings.

Add below setting in Handler..

Ya, you can use it with any handler OM but the most important thing required is that OM Handler must have Custom HTTP SERVER and HOST..
Then yOU can use it..

i think he meant is like this e.g. Om4.2.jar.zip so we can easily dl it and rename it to .jar later.
