I recently enjoyed eating tuna. I'm planning to include it in my daily diet. My question is: is it safe to eat tuna straight from the can? And lastly, is it safe to eat it everyday? If you eat tuna a lot, please share your experience.

It's okay as long as you eat it in moderation. Better din if you practice portion control. Mga 2 servings of tuna per meal, yun na ang protein mo.

nag work ako sa canned tuna processing exporter company sila. nagpunta na din ako sa gensan kung san ang facility nila.. safe yan paps even direct from cans. dumadaan sa maraming process yan at niluluto na din. promise niluluto yan sa isang malaking oven na sabay sabay na nasa lata kung no preservatives usual na ang life span nya ay 2years kapag oil 3 years kung brine/water.
