ano ba gagawin dito, mga master.. sayang mga cc nagamit ko.. sana na link ko yun kahapon.. kasi naka guest lang yun.
ngayon tinatry ko mag link sa PayPal account.
we cant complete this right now.
may problema ba ang PayPal ngayon or nasa BIN ko lang?

It all depends . It could be due to insufficient funds due to your card not supported on PayPal or due to the reason that your card is not supported for international payments (or BIN blacklisted cases ) . Also if u trying to bypass PayPal gateway using data tempering new modules of PayPal will show this error .
