I have posted an image of my dashboard with unnatural statistical speed before like this reaching about 31k mbps.
Someone asked me how to do it.

step1. open device manager
step2. locate ports
step3. select your modem
step4. open the properties

note: in port setting tab you will notice the bits per second with value 0f 9600 and flow control to none.

step 5. change them into 128000 and hardware respectively like in the image.

it doubled my download speed
