No premium account needed.
1.create account(ignore meron na)(tab1)
2.go to uplaod files
3.after file uploaded,open new tab(tab2)then goto scrib search the file you want to download.
4.copy the link and paste it on tab1.
5.then click download.congrats..
6.repeat always when required again for premium account.

I hope it make sense.
