❓ Help My samsung j2 prime has network lock in globe and tm. plus battery weird problem

First, my shitty phone has network lock, worst, in Globe and TM, i cant go effing up the free net ehi files damn shit. how can i possibly remove it, my phone is rooted, if it even helps the issue.

second, my phone is so stupid that it will automatically shuts down at 40% hellish, its just over a year and dang it. can anyone here be so kind to please help me

Nagflash ako ng stock firmware pero wala pa rin binalik ko na lang rooted. Try ko pero sa custom firmware.
