1. Download PHC tap adapter then install

2. Goto Device Manager Then Check

3. Download Clarkz Ultimate VPN Portable Edition Then OPen


4. Read it And Click "Accept"

5. Read And Click "Install"

6. Press Any KEY

7. Type The Ultimate Password
