"Too Many Requests" is typically caused by the following scenario:
While initiating the DENT account registration process, user enters the verification code received from SMS, but due to poor mobile connection the process hangs, tempting the user to request a new verification code with the assumption the original code was rejected. If this is repeated more than three times in a short period of time, to maintain application integrity and security, the account will be locked up to 24 hours.

Operator's data package shows "Sold Out"
On the front page of the DENT app, only a sample data package per mobile operator is displayed. Entering an eligible phone number will bring up all available data packages for that particular operator.
Occasionally all data packages for a particular operator will be sold out, often during a new country launch, though this is a temporary scenario. If this is the case, please allow your operator 24-48 hours to reinstate their data offers. (So May chance mag restock ng 1-2 days)
However, DENT is very popular in some countries causing some packages to be constantly in high demand and thus causing a longer sold out period (Basta Pinoy asahang Sold Out agad yan
). We are doing our best to provide an easy user experience and will work with our mobile partners to always offer as much data as possible. (Patience lang)

In order for you to receive your DENT referral credit, your referrals are required to download and install the DENT app, as well as complete the account registration process.
Occasionally the network gets overloaded, often the case with a new country launch for example, and referral credits may take up to a day to show up in your DENT account. The process is automatic, however on a rare occasion we have to intervene and process the referrals manually. In those cases it may take up to 72 hours for you to see your app reflect the referral credits."
