🔒 Closed Unlocking shangai notion mifi m08at l02c_1_30

I've been trying to unlock this Shangai Notion MIFI from Tangerine Uganda but all the Firmware I've tried don't pick up the signal, the other LO2B Mifi's I've unlocked successfully but this specific LO2C has totally failed. Anyone with an idea of what am doing wrong of working firmware that I can use?
