PHhi i need help setting up my wireless router i just purchased this yesterday came w wan cable cd for the easy set up guide and power cable , checked youtube followed the instructions all you need to do is to insert the cd first plug in the router to the computer using ethernet cable (i m currently using) then followed the rest of the instructions plugged in my modem/ router (mydestiny) to the wireless router (tp link) . so i have internet modem connected router and pc . the disc came w it is a software should be user friendly but everytime i have to scan for the connection says dhcp server failed.
my question is are wireless router like this one should plug n play???
i already tried manually configuring my tcp / ip
still dhcp failed
question again if just plugging in the router then wireless router then pc and havent configured the wireless router should i still have good hardwired connection??
someone kind enough to share their knowledge in setting up a new wireless tp link router.
