Based on my own experience, depende po sa bpo comapany kung saan ka mag aapply. Some bpo companies are strict pag dating sa English communication skills. Meron din companies na na hindi gaano ka strict. So, dapat mag background check muna bago mag apply. Try to ask those who are actually working in the company and most importantly, believe in yourself.
