Haha oo parang sa MySQL lang na 3306 or sa Apache Webserver na 8080. may sari sari silang uses. pero sa sa higher ports kadalasan Malwares na gumagamit ng ganun.ako din ngayon kulang na discover ang open ports open ports nayan hahaha

i dont know where to find the process list . the OS is debian 9You can't. Putty does not open/close ports. Rather it is designed to connect to SSH or telnet ports.
Normally port 110 is being used by POP3 server. So unless you stopped whatever service is opening the port 110, it will remain open.
Did you check the process list? What OS?
