🔒 Closed Add printer problem..

hi guys, help naman po.. pag mag iinstall ako or mag add ako ng printer sa pc ko ganito lagi yung error at hindi siya nag pi-finish installation. Baka po may alam kayo na solution dito. nasunod ko na rin ung ibang advance ni google at youtube. pero ganito pa rin lagi.

naka network ba o naka share ba ang printer na inaaccess mo?/

or ibang os ang nainstall ng printer mo..

naka network siya at accessible. sa ibang pc naman pag ka-install ko, ok naman siya. sa pc ko lang hindi. whaaaa

ah i see try mo mag restart muna ng pc mo..then try mo ulit add printer.. anu os gamit kong saan naka install ang printer at os ng pc mo>??

nagawa ko na yun. sir.. windows 8 yung pc ko then yung connection ng printer same lang din ng os.

Punta ka po ng Administrative tools, then Services, then hanapin mo Print Spooler, then rightclick, then click Start kung not runing, or Restart kung running na.

punta ka sa isang pc naka connect don sa printer tapos enable mo yong share printer tapos tingnan mo pc name sa my computer/properties after mo makita punta ka sa pc mo add printer/browse tapos hanapin mo name ng pc nya sa list tapos connect ka don..
