All you need:
1.smart prepaid sim(kahit zero balance)
2.usb broadband(openline)
3.hss 3.13

Important:
dapat walang ibang tap adapter na nakainstall
alisin nyo lahat dahil kung hindi mg'dDC parin yan

remove all installed vpn
remove all installed tap adapter
i use PC Health Optimizer to clean registry files
tapos restart..

install hss 3.13
edit/replace hss config file

sa mga hindi maka'connect sa hss..
try nyo palitan time zone ng PC/Laptop:
(UTC+08:00) Beijing, Chongqing, Hong Kong, Urumqi
