Some DNS doesn't have to post this if the Content-Length is labled ( None )
Meaning it doesn't requires any size For Example : Bytes.

So meaning its Optional but if it has a required Bytes it should be Low Digits
Example VPN is HTTP injector: it cannot Handle 7500 or Big Bytes So it will Auto Disconnect or Failed the Handshake from you to the Server.

Meaning From your SSH or SSL/TLS is not Matching the requirement.
