but speed is very slow (5 kb/s)

i can only download with idm with 128 kb/s speed
but i can't go to youtube and telegram and ... (because my speed is 5 kb/s)

now i want to connect to E×ρréšš vpn or open vpn through shadowsocks in android
are there any way to do this?

(for example A software that combines two shadowsocks + 'another vpn like E×ρréššvpn or openvpn')
