🔒 Closed Keyboard and touchpad not working in samsung os

Please help po. I do not want the keyboard and touchpad to work on my samsung laptop. But when it comes to bios, I also have a bios configure case with no peripherals in bios. Help asap....

Check the touchpad and keyboard drivers it might just been disabled on the Device Manager
