via USB po. Download ka ng .iso file na gusto mo na version. either win7, win8.1, win10 etc. maraming .iso files search ka dito. then gawin mong bootable usb ang gagamitin mong USB. Maraming tut sa youtube.

Hi there, if you're going to format your computer via bootable process like USB or CD/DVD windows platform then you don't need to worry about the administrator password as it won't require one. If you're going to factory reset your Windows Operating System thru the advance options located in the control panel then "Administrator password" will be your problem.

I boot mo nalang muna siya thru safe mode then i delete mo yung password sa cmd.
