🔒 Closed How to solve can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing

Hi guys need ko lang help ng mga mamaw dito to fix this error. Kasi mag iinstall ako ng Lightroom cc but nag eerror. "can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing" hindi din applicable iupdate yung OS ko gawa ng hindi na ma detect ng manual update using some software.

Easy way to fix please?
