PHBaka po may mga nakakaalam dito, yung friend ko kasi nagpakasal sa kasalang bayan na ang edad nya ay 20 years old pa lang, ngayon 26 na siya and gusto na sana nya magpa-annul dahil sa di pagkakaunawaan nila ng asawa nya and sa parents nung girl(ayaw din nung parents sa guy). May existing bang rule na pag below 21 years old nagpakasal mas mabilis process ng annulment dahil bata pa siya nagpakasal? Respect lang po. Salamat po sa sasagot ng maayos.

puwde maging grounds yun ang alam ko kasi dapat may consent pa din ng magulang. pero gagastos ka pa din halos 200k kasi habang natakbo ang kaso babaydan mo yung attorney mo every month tapos bukod pa dun ang mga travel expenses at lodging nya kung mag hearing kaya magastos talaga.
Kung sa kasalang bayang ikinasal so ang lumalabas it's free no payment na nangyari sa pag papakasal in the other field ang ang annulment is nagkakahalaga ng malaking pera so dun pa lang bago gumawa ng reason you need to ready a lot of money for that.

you must have enough money, i think 200k is enough. magastos kasi talaga yung pag-annul. and dapat may sapat na reason para maproceed yung annulment

minor sa aten is still below 18, unless may nagpasa na ba ng bagong law na binago ulit ung 18? Personally pag PAO on my own take is not recommended, mura man pero parang hindi ako kampante na seseryosohin nila yung case. Pero much better try to consult with other lawyers aside from PAO

(3) That the consent of either party was obtained by fraud, unless such party afterwards, with full knowledge of the facts constituting the fraud, freely cohabited with the other as husband and wife;
(4) That the consent of either party was obtained by force, intimidation or undue influence, unless the same having disappeared or ceased, such party thereafter freely cohabited with the other as husband and wife;
(5) That either party was physically incapable of consummating the marriage with the other, and such incapacity continues and appears to be incurable; or

All in na po ba yung 250k? Saang law office po siya nagpaconsult and gaano katagal inabot ng process?

Siguro mga 270k if all-in-all. No appearance lang yun, sa Cotabato yun eh, family lawyer. Months lang ang process.

Matagal ang pagprocess ng annulment if sa PAO lalapit. Maghanap ng family lawyer. With the right amount, bibilis ang process nyan. Pwede na din na no appearance ka sa court, yung lawyer na bahala sa lahat ng process as long as $$$

Yung price ng pagpapa annul depende sa abogado na kukuhanin mo (around 300k up to 500k). wag ka din maniniwala sa mabilisan na annulment since there is no such thing unless up front sasabihin sayo na may sabwatan yung judge at abogado mo which is not legal pero nangyayari (eto yung mga no-appearance na annulment pero madami din scam na ganto).
