Q: Bakit wala tayong Philippine PSN region?
A: Dahil sa compability ng network natin dito sa Pilipinas. Di kasi verified ang internet speed ng internet providers (PLDT/Globe) natin.
Pwede naman tayo makapag-laro online sa PS4, but since wala tayong sariling server in some games, nakikihalo tayo instead sa Main Asia server (Singapore).

Q: Bakit sa ibang config files (such as .ehi, .hnh, .hpi, .ovpn, etc.) ay bawal ang PSN/Sony Sites?
A: Dahil ang PSN ay detected sa bawat IP ng bawat user. Hindi siya torrenting, syempre. But Sony has superb security when it comes to your IP.
(Kaya nga minsan, ayaw mag-connect yung nasa Network Test, since di di supported yung sa config mo.)

Q: Bakit ang bagal ng pag-download ng update files? Or, minsan nila-lag pa sa game?
A: Syempre, di lang sa network trafficking, kundi yun nga ang sinabi ko kanina... dahil sa network compability natin.
(Kung gusto mo makabilis ng internet, try to use Globe regular load, magastos nga lang.)

You can try Gcash/Paymaya virtual card, kung meron ka. You can also ask the bank teller about it.
