Well to be honest , that payload is working . you just need to adjust the injection method . However . if you are using Payloads under globe.com.ph and they will block that IP on their server.
That's the end of your free net.

1 .Do not share generic Payloads or else you have enough money to reload.
2. Do not use generic Payloads try to explore other sites , Check for their Bytes and response time.
3. Do not get Remote Proxies that are common on sites just like gather and spys.
4. Try to explore TLS/SSL that is not requiring Payloads so that even that IP address will be blocked. You still have a Valid/Solid and stable connection. and much higher security for your Own Sake of getting Blocked from your ISP.
