❓ Help Fup don't reset. 2 days already. 32nd time in total

Hi. Do you know how to fix it? I'm registered to GOSAKTO 744 One month all day surfing. After reaching 800 mb on Oct 24, my FUP wasn't reset until today which is already 2 days. Globe and its support are scammers. I told them and even gave my number but they don't fix it. They are futile.
This is the 32nd time.
