This tricks works if that error mention above is your problem.
1.) First you need to go regedit,click start in search bar type regedit.
2.)Next you need to click HKey_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Office/16.0/Common/Oem
3.)You need to delete Oem.
4.)Thats done.
If that tricks didnt work then give me all the screenshots of the problem.
