My deductions:
Main account (recorded id and imei) +
Dummy Acccount(s) (created same device same id and imei= bound
meaning: if you create dummy account(s) with same id and imei as main account have, technically it sends info to snippetmedia database and automatically detected.
try to to use cloner above or other device.
