❓ Help Is 4438 still not working?

It's been weeks (maybe months) and I still can't redeem promos nor share my points. Is 4438 under maintenance or what? Need answers. Thank you.

Some promos are not available anymore..like gosurf50..
also "share points" feature is also not available anymore..globe replaced it with "Gift" ex: GIFT SURF1D 988xxxxxxx
