Click mo profile pic mo tapos select Preferences.
Unmark mo lahat nung Receive email notifications
Unmark mo lahat nung Receive email notifications

Click mo yung Profile pic mo sa taas tapos Preferences
Unmark mo lang lahat ng Box na may nakalagay na And Receive email notifications
Wag yung Alert Preferences dahil dito yan sa PHC. Pag ini Unmark mo yun hindi ka makaka receive ng Notifications dito sa PHC
