Goto >conection>acess points>creat new Acess point name: Shorterway and then give APN: ufone.pmms then go to advance setings an put Proxy: 176.16.13.26 or 172.16.13.26 and Port: 8080 ...enjoy! Both browsing and downloading are working...u can use any internet app for free....

access point name o APN: http.globe.com.ph

go to advance settings

proxy server address: 141.0.11.250

port: 80

then save!
