Anyone else in here who still have the SBW Plan 799 (Unlimited)?
Sobrang bagal ng speed namin, kaya nagpapalit kami to an LTE sim. Kaso after that, hindi na siya gumana sa old router from Sun. Nilagay ko sa phone, mabagal pa rin despite getting LTE/4G signal sa phones. It's been days since I called them but still their "Support Team" hasn't done anything.
Any ideas on how to resolve this? (Except getting a new plan)
