(It isfor North-Eastern States like West
Bengal,Assam,Bihar,Jharkhand etc.
You can replace it to any host/free site thats
Working in Your Circle)

Create New Settings on Phone.
APN http.globe.com.ph
HomePage - m.asgalaxy.com
Proxy - (Use the Server of the app,in case of
Opera Mini,it is mini5.opera-mini.net and in
case of UC Browser it is uc6.ucweb.com and
so on..)

Now Save the Settings You have Created as
Default & Use the App. Enjoy free internet!
