first check your service center just dial *#5005*7672# if not on the List -> (Link) then you have to change it with service center address. to change dial **5005*7672*(service center address)# example: Smart/Talk ‘n Text **5005*7672*+639180000101# check again if it change then try to make a sms if it is works.. .

if it still not working maybe you dont have a load.. .
