First you need to download and install ES file explorer. and OFCOURSE a Data Connection is required(use vpn that will suits you) (anyway

Secondly Open your FB APP and view any video you like.
You can see there is a three dot at the upper right(if you are facing towards your phone) corner of the video.
CLick it and hit the SAVE.

CLICK menu icon, burger button or hamburger button (☰) ,
Search "Saved" click it, and find your video.
Click your video and A pop-up window will appear asking to “Complete action using”. Tap on ‘ES Downloader’.
