🔒 Closed Port fowarding using linksys 1900acs on pldt fibr

Patulong po sana ako sa pag port forward ng ports (ex. port 80) for project purpose lang. Bumili po kasi ako ng Linksys router 1900ACS Dual Band para makapag port forward kasi yong PLDT Fibr di na makapasok yong superuser dahil daw sa security purposes ng PLDT company. I tried to port forward pero the port is still not OPEN. is this because of the PLDT fibr modem?
