experienced the "unli" even Globe messaged me that I have exceeded the data limit. was happy that time and was even tempted to share it here in PHC, but I decided to observe it first.

I found out that it happened on day(s) when Globe decided to have a maintenance. Turned out that I was lucky enough to register to a surf promo right before the maintenance happened.
while it may seem wonderful to hear someone experiencing the "no cap" situation, it is still not something we can rely on. It's random, and a "by chance" event. ^_^
