Kung gusto mo pumayat eto dapat mong gawin, since tested ko na ito dahil nag undergo ako ng coaching patungkol sa healthy living and how to loose weight , kamahal pa nga ng bayad.
1. Uminom ng 8-10 glasses of water a day, 1 glass is equivalent to 350 ml, so kung 10 glasses a day you need to consume 3 and one half liters of water a day para ma flsh ang ang toxins sa katawan at tumaas ang metabolism ng katawan to burn fats and calories.
2. Bawasan ang pagkain ng sweets, dapat less rice, 1 cp per meal lang.
3.Damihan ang pagkain ng protein tulad ng fish, chicken, tofu, 4 na puti ng itlog sa merienda, tapos sa fruits and vegetables.
4. Iwasan ang pagkain ng karne ng baboy, junc food, processed foods.
5. 100 percent papayat ka pag sinunod mo ang payo ko.
Ako dati kong timbang 86 kilos naging 69, nabawasan ako ng 17 kilos for 3 months.
 
TS, baka sabihin nung mga tao dito ss/proof! Hehe...yung parang trick sa ubt/fbt! Joke lang! Good thing at effective sa iyo!
