❓ Help Gaano katagal bago maputol ang pldt plan dsl 1699

currently going to two months na yung magiging unpaid bills namin sa internet.may tatawag ba o kahit anumang notice bago kami maputan,will pay next month pa mga sept 10-15 kaso ang billing date lagi namin ay tuwing 9 kada month.thank you

normally after 5-10 days of nonpayment after deadline pldt will block the internet connection. they will call anyways and ask for payment. u got lucky though
