haahahah nung unang block ng sim ko na unblock pa eh pero nung Tinawagan ko kahapon yung customer service ng Smart(888), hindi na daw nila covered yung pag-unblock. tapos nag message ako sa fb page nila at ito ang sabi

"Hi Lexorie. Our system has detected your number to have irregular usage on your phone which may be an offense to Smart’s policies/terms and conditions, we are sorry but we cannot restore your SIM/Mobile number. We suggest that you send us a written complaint with your signature saved in PDF together with a photocopy of your valid government ID with picture and signature and provide your contact number. You may send it to us via private message (PM) at Facebook or Twitter. Please monitor your account within 72 hours upon submission of complete documents. Kindly provide us the following details so that we could get this checked properly: *Complete Address (including City and Barangay) *Device model *Last successful data connection *Last website access We'll be waiting for your response. Ito naman naranasan ko ngayon sa sun. Nablock ako ng sumobra sa 1gig use ng data ko. Pahirapan na ngayon sa pag roam on.Lagiitosinabinila "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again or dial 200 for customer service". Naghintay ako ng 3 oras ng kaka roam on. Nagsawa ako at huminto ng isang oras.tsaka nag on ang roam ko.At na unblock na sawaka sim ko. Di kaya nadedetect na trick natin mga igan?
