How to Reactivate expired sim?. For expired Pre-ρáíd sim, unfortunately theres no other way but to buy a new one. For permanently disconnected Post-ρáíd sim, just settle the overdue balances and you'll be issued a new Postpaid sim retaining the same mobile number and a new account number.
