Before anything else, I googled and youtube every possible fix for this but I'm still getting the same problem.

Ano na kaya sira neto? Yung hard drive na po ba or baka may ibang pwede pang troubleshoot.

For reference, eto na po yung mga na try ko
Rebooting - didn't work
Safe mode - didn't work
F8 Advance recovery something - didn't work

VGA yata hindi nakasalpak ng mabuti?
Corrupted HDD?

Ok na mga boss. Corrupted OS. Haha salamat po tho problema ko ngayon sa windows 10 di fit yung screen display sa buong monitor ko.
