Yes you can easily see or retrieve deleted Facebook Messages in Messenger in your Smartphone like Android/ iPhone. You can get or download Your Complete Data from Facebook Settings. But, there is another way by using File Explorer
You can use ES File Explorer and navigate to App Folder → com.facebook.orca → Fb_Tmp Folder. And from here you can eaisly restore.
