Try mo lang ito,

Alcatel Y580Y broadband succesfully unlock for nck box

open nck box
click calculator tab
select y280x
type imei
click calculate

after get the nck code disconnect all your internet connection
insert non accepted sim to your modem
power on the modem until your pc/laptop detect the wifi modem and conect it
in then type this ip==>>192.168.1.1 to your internet browser
